With respect for tradition, we want to introduce you to the philosophy of the Cretan diet and offer you an authentic experience of Greek food and hospitality.
Our dishes are based on fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs from the Greek countryside, locally sourced meats and fresh fish. We cook in the traditional way and use fresh olive oil to bring out the natural flavors and nutritional value of our ingredients.
To complete your experience, we recommend enjoying your meal with a Greek or Cretan wine. And of course, a delicious dessert inspired by Greek flavors and traditional recipes is the perfect way to finish your meal.
Our tavern was named “Kosmas” in honor of Mr. Kosmas, who had his own garden in this area. For many years, he lovingly grew his own vegetables and fruits for his family.
This connection with the land, fresh produce and family tradition remains an important part of our philosophy to this day.
